We offer various customer specific rode core chokes, ring core chokes and transformers with a very wide production range ensured by automated, semi-automated and manual processes. Also here we offer engineering support and co-design for our customers.
We make our own carbonyl iron and phenolic cores with and without leads, before configuring the winding parameters to meet the customer’s demand. These cores are also available to our partners and customers.
The leads we use are made from lead free tinned copper wire. End forms can be butterfly and slot.
Our strip wound C-cores are manufactured of the standard range of wound cut iron C-cores in cold rolled grain oriented electrical steel.
Types we have are SM, SG, SE, SU according to standard DIN 41.309/1, IEC 329. Accessories for assemblies of C-cores are also available on request.
