Job Scope
- Review weekly direct materials requirements (for allocated types).
- Sourcing material with relevant suppliers, negotiating prices and continually improve price status, including transporters (logistic/delivery partner services).
- Co-ordinating with suppliers on delivery schedules and on non-conforming parts.
- Co-ordinating/liasing with Planning on delivery schedule.
- Issuance of purchase orders.
- Settling any invoicing/payment or delivery matters.
- Proposing MOQ for stock level.

Requirements

- Arithmetic skills in order to close a purchase deal effectively.

Shipping Officer
We are looking for a Shipping Officer to manage shipping and logistics operations, coordinate shipments with internal teams and external parties, prepare shipping documents, ensure timely deliveries, and support efficient logistics processes.

Job Scope

Accounts Executive
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations across Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and general ledger functions using ERP systems and online banking portals

Job Scope
- Accounts Payable (AP):
- Process, verify, and match local and overseas supplier invoices against Purchase Orders (POs).
- Resolve invoice discrepancies with suppliers and internal departments (Purchasing, HR, IT, Maintenance).
- Prepare monthly and ad-hoc payments (cheques, telegraphic transfers, advance payments) after proper internal approvals.
- Accounts Receivable (AR):
- Record customer payments into the ERP system.
- Prepare and issue monthly customer statements; collaborate with Customer Support regarding payment collections.
- General Ledger & Banking:
- Perform monthly bank reconciliations, bank statement extraction (CIMB BizChannel), and petty cash claim verifications.
- Update daily exchange rates and fixed asset registers, compute depreciation, and track fixed deposit interest income.
- Prepare journal entries for prepayments, accruals, statutory payments, and asset disposals/write-offs.
- Upload payroll file to CIMB BizChannel, statutory payments, and “JomPAY” via online banking.
- Assist in internal/external finance audits
Requirements
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP accounting systems and corporate online banking (e.g., CIMB BizChannel).
- Good communication skills to liaise effectively with banks, suppliers, and internal departments.
- Possess strong organizational skills, passion to work as a team player
- Ability to work independently with moderate level of supervision
Educational backgrounds / Job Experiences:
- Possess at least Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in Accounting Standards, Relevant Income Tax Act
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
