Job Scope
- Review weekly direct materials requirements (for allocated types).
- Sourcing material with relevant suppliers, negotiating prices and continually improve price status, including transporters (logistic/delivery partner services).
- Co-ordinating with suppliers on delivery schedules and on non-conforming parts.
- Co-ordinating/liasing with Planning on delivery schedule.
- Issuance of purchase orders.
- Settling any invoicing/payment or delivery matters.
- Proposing MOQ for stock level.
- Requesting samples and quotations.
- Updating /following up purchasing guidelines & procedures.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree, Post graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management Marketing or equivalent.
- Min 2-3 years working experiences in manufacturing environment.
- Understanding China Tax and Custom requirements.
- Arithmetic skills in order to close a purchase deal effectively.
- Computer literate in MS Office application (MS Words, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and etc).
- Required language(s): English & Mandarin (as role requires candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
- Good communication, negotiation, and problem solving skills.
Shipping Officer
We are looking for a Shipping Officer to manage shipping and logistics operations, coordinate shipments with internal teams and external parties, prepare shipping documents, ensure timely deliveries, and support efficient logistics processes.

Job Scope
- Overall in-charged of shipping activities.
- Communicate and correspond with Custom Officer/Forwarding Agents.
- Perform supervisory duties.
- Report, assist and advise superior in all matter pertaining to shipping activities.
- Oversee of maintenance of company vehicles,
- Preparation of shipping related reports.
- To assist and provide support in the daily activities in the Logistics and Warehouse functions pertaining shipment and deliveries.
- Ensure all shipping documents and custom reports are updated on time.
- Provide/update training to staff when required.
- Liaise with Planning/Purchasing/Warehouse personnel on all matter pertaining to shipment and deliveries.
- Monitoring of staff performance.
- Ensure all related procedures and work instructions are followed and understood.
- Arrange and liaise with relevant department on job assign/errand work for logistics assistant.

Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Logistic/Supply Chain or any other Business related field.
- Min 1-3 years working experience in Shipping field.
- Experience/knowledge in deal with Custom/Forwarding department.
- Knowledge in Custom forms.
- Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Possess leadership, communication and problem solving skills.
Production Technician
We are looking for Production Technicians to operate and maintain production machinery, troubleshoot equipment issues, perform machine setups, and carry out preventive maintenance to support efficient production.

Job Scope
- Strictly follow the work instruction on the processes being trained.
- Achieve the daily efficiency/output of > 85%
- Adhere to the quality of the product at all times to avoid/minimize scrap or rework.
- Maintain good housekeeping/discipline at work area/station.
- Follow all safety rules and where applicable to wear the necessary PPE (Personal Protection Equipment).
- Adhere to the Company‘s Quality System, Environmental procedures and Policy.
- Responsibility to stop line and inform superior whenever encountered abnormality in the process/product during the manufacturing process flow.
